About the Role
Key responsibilities include identifying high-value O&M opportunities in the Middle East and other developing regions, building strategic alliances with governments and key clients, and developing comprehensive O&M strategies for large-scale assets. The role requires overseeing integration of maintenance programs, driving predictive and preventive maintenance, managing asset integrity, reliability engineering and digital monitoring, and establishing governance for maintenance planning, spare-parts management and contractor oversight. The VP will also champion sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and emissions reduction, ensure adherence to global safety standards and local regulations, and lead digital transformation by deploying advanced analytics and real-time performance platforms. Leadership duties include building and mentoring a high-performing O&M leadership team across geographies and driving workforce development programs and certifications. • Identify and secure high-value O&M opportunities in the Middle East and emerging markets • Build strategic alliances with governments, key clients, and prospective partners • Develop and execute comprehensive O&M strategies for large-scale industrial assets • Drive adoption of predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime • Oversee asset integrity management, reliability engineering, and digital monitoring systems • Establish governance for maintenance planning, spare-parts management, and contractor oversight • Implement sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and emissions reduction • Ensure compliance with global safety standards and local regulatory requirements • Lead digital transformation by deploying advanced analytics and real-time performance platforms • Build and mentor a high-performing O&M leadership team across multiple geographies • Drive workforce development programs and certifications in reliability and maintenance engineering

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred), at least 20 years of industrial operations and maintenance experience with a minimum of 10 years in executive leadership, and a proven track record managing large-scale O&M programs in energy, petrochemical or industrial sectors. Desired expertise covers digital asset management tools, predictive maintenance technologies, strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement, with preferred experience in APAC or Europe and joint-venture environments. • Possess 20+ years of industrial operations experience, including 10+ years in executive roles • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred) and expertise in digital asset management tools • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement • Exhibit strategic vision, operational excellence, and cross-cultural communication
