About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk outdoors up to 50 % of the shift • Clean interior areas and maintain exterior curb appeal • Provide flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm)

What You Bring
Must be able to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
