About the Role

The Warehouse Associate I is tasked with delivering the highest level of quality and service to customers. Core duties include accurately receiving inventory, moving products, conducting cycle counts, and shipping orders promptly and in a sellable condition. The role also requires safe and efficient operation of lift trucks and other warehouse equipment. Daily work follows all safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean and secure environment. Associates operate equipment safely, report any damage to infrastructure, and perform tasks using standard work procedures to ensure safety and quality. They adhere to visual aids to boost productivity, suggest process improvements, and promptly notify supervisors of any process deviations. Participation in continuous improvement events and completing miscellaneous tasks as directed further supports warehouse operations. • Accurately receive inventory and promptly ship orders in sellable condition • Move products, conduct cycle counts, and handle product movement efficiently • Operate lift trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean work environment • Report equipment or infrastructure damage for timely repairs • Perform assigned tasks using standard work procedures to ensure quality • Use visual aids to maximize safety, quality, and productivity • Suggest process improvements and participate in continuous improvement events • Notify supervisors immediately of any process deviations
