About the Role
The associate provides courtesy transportation services to guests and owners around the resort(s), delivering excellent customer service and information about the local area, attractions, and resort history. The employee performs assigned duties in compliance with company policies, the business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, applicable laws, and maintains confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. • Greet and interact with guests. • Manage the safety of guests while boarding, riding and unloading from the shuttles. • Transport guests around the property and other destinations as directed, in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner. • Complete routine safety checks on the shuttle. • Keep shuttles clean on the inside and outside at all times. • Maintain shuttle supplies. • Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous cooperation with fellow associates and departments.

What You Bring
The position requires availability to work evenings and weekends. Applicants must hold a High School diploma or equivalent, have at least one year of customer service experience and one year of bus, shuttle van, or commercial driving experience. A Class E driver’s license is required; a CDL is preferred. Familiarity with local towns and attractions and strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
