About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, conducting daily unit inspections, handling cash transactions, and managing payment reminders and collections.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to half of the time outdoors walking the facilities, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Candidates should have customer‑service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, or similar environments and must hold a valid driver’s license to travel between sites using their own vehicle.
