About the Role
The Brokerage Coordinator provides administrative and client‑facing marketing support for a high‑performing real‑estate brokerage team and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. This role serves fee‑earners by handling pitch materials, transaction support, and general administrative tasks while interacting with various internal departments to meet client needs. Key duties include creating professional marketing flyers, email announcements, and other promotional items, establishing routines and systems to improve internal functionality and profitability, and continuously driving process improvements and new ideas to advance team goals. The Coordinator maintains confidentiality, manages the Salesforce‑based CRM, prepares analytical reports, organizes filing and retrieval systems, tracks expense reports, drafts communications, and acts as a liaison with other departments and external agencies. Additional responsibilities involve supporting special projects and updating the team website. • Create professional marketing flyers, email announcements, and other promotional materials. • Develop and enforce team routines and systems to boost efficiency and profitability. • Continuously improve processes and propose new ideas to achieve team goals. • Produce, edit, and manage documents, data, and graphics for internal and client use. • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive operational information. • Manage Salesforce CRM data and generate analytical reports. • Organize filing systems, record meeting minutes, and track expense reports. • Draft and respond to communications via phone and email on behalf of fee‑earners. • Act as liaison with internal departments and external agencies. • Support special projects and maintain the team website.

What You Bring
The preferred background includes a college degree, experience in real‑estate or related fields, a detail‑oriented and self‑starter attitude, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM software. A real‑estate license is favored but not required, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM software; real‑estate license is a plus. • Exhibit detail‑orientation, self‑starting attitude, proactive and strategic thinking.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $25.13 to $29.56 per hour, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
