Manage and oversee soft facility services, vendor contracts, client liaison, and budgets.

About the Role
• Oversee planning, execution, and quality control of soft services (cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, waste management, reception) to meet SLAs and cost goals. • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive service improvements. • Serve as primary contact for occupants, handle service requests and complaints, and communicate service updates. • Develop and manage soft services budgets, track expenditures, identify cost‑optimization opportunities, and prepare financial reports. • Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit documentation.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management/Administration or related field; 3‑5 years facility/property management experience with soft services focus. • Proficient with facility management software, Microsoft Office, and basic building operations knowledge. • Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and customer‑service orientation in fast‑paced environments.
