What You Bring

The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on generating profitable business within a designated territory. Responsibilities include developing the market, implementing sales plans to expand and retain customers, and reinforcing Sunbelt’s national brand identity. Success in this position relies on strong project management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills. Candidates should hold a four‑year degree in a related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or possess three to four years of sales experience. A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a minimum age of 21 are required. Preference is given to applicants with knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment, and to those who are bilingual in Spanish. • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • 21 years of age • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer skills • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations • Meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and working indoor/outdoor environments
