About the Role
The role involves conducting field observations of existing facilities and performing both destructive and non‑destructive investigations, such as anchor bolt testing, ground‑penetrating radar surveys, concrete core drilling, light demolition, and material sampling. Daily written field reports document all observations, and the technician must communicate effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers. • Conduct field observations of existing facilities • Perform destructive and non‑destructive investigations, including anchor bolt testing, GPR surveys, core drilling, light demolition, and material sampling • Document daily observations in written field reports • Communicate effectively with contractors, technicians, and project managers • Provide reliable transportation for job sites (mileage reimbursed)

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant construction experience is preferred. A degree in engineering or related field and professional certifications (WACEL or ACI) are advantageous but not required. The position requires the ability to lift and carry 40–100 lb repeatedly and reliable transportation for job‑site travel, with mileage reimbursed. • Hold a high school diploma or GED • Possess at least 1 year of relevant construction experience (preferred) • Degree in engineering or related field is a plus • Professional certifications (WACEL or ACI) are a plus • Able to lift and carry 40–100 lb multiple times per day
