The company is hiring a detail‑oriented Certification Specialist for its Chicago Support Center. The role supports agency reporting, move‑in and recertification processing, notice distribution, and resident account monitoring while thriving under deadline‑driven schedules. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experienced with low‑income housing programs, especially HUD Section 8 and LIHTC. • Knowledge of Illinois Tax Credit and HUD/LIHTC regulations, including HOTMA. • Familiar with Onesite property‑management software or similar systems. • Holds or is pursuing a compliance certification (preferred). • Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
