About the Role

The role involves data analysis between data sets to recognize differences and validation, supporting Power BI models for KPI tracking, working with cross‑functional partners to facilitate purchase order issuance and changes, liaising between senior cost managers and finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices, creating and maintaining cashflow dashboards, compiling data for project buyout analytics, maintaining weekly updates for minor project budgets, and compiling market data on construction material costs for buyout evaluations. The position may also include SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Perform data analysis between datasets to identify differences and validate results. • Support Power BI models for KPI tracking. • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to issue and modify purchase orders. • Liaise between senior cost managers and finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices. • Create and maintain cashflow dashboards. • Compile and maintain data for project buyout analytics. • Update minor project budgets on a weekly basis. • Gather market data on construction material costs for buyout evaluations. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering or a related field; proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in construction or engineering; expertise with data analysis and visualization tools and programming languages; high attention to detail; collaborative mindset; experience with construction management software; knowledge of industry regulations; and relevant certifications. • Advanced Excel for large data set analysis. • Experience with Power BI and other modeling software platforms. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • Proven data analyst experience, preferably in construction/engineering. • Expertise with data analysis/visualization tools and programming languages. • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. • Experience with construction management software and knowledge of industry regulations. • Relevant certifications in data analysis or related fields.
