About the Role

Key responsibilities include meeting division and local market sales targets for multiple brand lines, establishing and maintaining strategic end‑user relationships, and managing CORE and other SBD contracts. The specialist will mentor local market teams on end‑user development, collaborate with Channel Marketing on initiatives, and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning while communicating wins and losses to refine processes. • Achieve division and local market sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, and related brands. • Build and maintain strategic end‑user relationships and manage CORE/SBD contracts. • Mentor local teams on identifying trade‑association contacts and navigating purchasing processes. • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives. • Maintain accurate data and forecasts in Salesforce.com. • Communicate account successes and failures to improve sales processes.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are quality‑focused, eager to learn, and comfortable with innovation. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent construction experience), at least three years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 50 % of the territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent construction experience). • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies, with a proven record selling to C‑suite and job‑site executives. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, and written/oral communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50 % of the assigned territory. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
