About the Role
The Lead will act as the project head for all integration‑related learning and change‑management initiatives, collaborating closely with change professionals and the broader integration team. They will assess training needs for new systems, processes, and individual business units across Europe, taking language and cultural nuances into account, and will design, implement and evaluate corresponding programmes. The role also includes developing a comprehensive L&D framework, introducing innovative learning technologies, managing talent identification, overseeing the L&D budget, and supervising regional L&D Coordinators remotely. Partnering with external providers and internal experts, the Lead will ensure the full lifecycle of learning programmes—from planning through delivery to continuous improvement. • Lead integration‑related learning and change‑management projects across Europe. • Assess and design training programmes for new systems, processes, and business units, respecting language and cultural differences. • Develop and implement a regional L&D strategy and framework, incorporating innovative technologies. • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources. • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programmes, from planning and delivery to evaluation and improvement. • Source and coordinate external partners for new training initiatives. • Convert technical content into engaging training material with support from operational experts. • Supervise regional L&D Coordinators remotely. • Identify, select, and develop talent using global and region‑specific processes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources Development or a related discipline and brings four to five years of senior L&D experience in an international, preferably building or real‑estate, environment. They possess a solid understanding of adult learning principles, experience with LMS and multimedia tools, strong project‑management and analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical content into training material. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, a service‑oriented autonomous work attitude, and a results‑driven, ownership mindset are also required. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, HR Development or related field. • Bring 4‑5 years of senior L&D experience, preferably in the building or real‑estate sector. • Demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles, LMS, multimedia tools, and data‑driven program evaluation.
