About the Role

• Lead structural engineer on diverse building projects, from small to large, across various construction methods. • Provide technical input, conduct site visits, and present complex solutions to clients. • Train and mentor junior staff on structural design, constructability, and methodologies. • Perform quality control reviews of team deliverables and sign off on work. • Develop technical proposals, estimates, and ensure compliance with permitting agencies and client standards.

What You Bring
