About the Role

The Project Quality Management role is responsible for establishing and maintaining SundtWay Quality Management functions, ensuring all work complies with contract documents and specifications. The position oversees submittal reviews, internal inspections, and coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies to uphold quality standards. • Ensure work complies with approved submittals and contract documents • Correct rework items promptly • Support the company's strategic planning efforts • Conduct internal quality inspections and participate in IOR inspections • Review and approve submittals for subcontract document compliance • Prepare quality management plans for specialized projects • Schedule and lead preparatory meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision, and government • Schedule and lead pre‑installation conferences • Supervise testing agencies and maintain records to ensure testing follows ASTM standards • Verify materials meet contract‑specific requirements • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend • Use telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices to communicate • Comply with all safety standards and procedures • Occasionally climb stairs or ladders • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects • Interact with people regularly during shift • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 + years experience as foreman, superintendent, or CM on similar projects • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Hold a Quality Management Certification • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hard hat) • Frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist
