About the Role
The Survey Engineer will conduct land and topographic surveys, perform boundary, construction and as‑built surveys, and use Total Station, GPS and laser scanning equipment to capture accurate site data. Survey data will be analyzed and turned into detailed reports, drawings and maps that feed into design plans and construction schedules. The role also includes coordinating with engineers, architects and contractors, ensuring quality control, safety and compliance, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and managing data with specialized software. • Conduct land, topographic, boundary, construction, and as‑built surveys using Total Station, GPS, and laser scanning equipment. • Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports, drawings, and maps for design and construction teams. • Coordinate survey outputs with engineers, architects, and contractors to support project schedules. • Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with industry standards and local regulations. • Maintain, calibrate, and manage survey equipment and data using specialized software.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of four years’ land‑surveying experience—preferably in the UAE—is required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. • Minimum of four years’ land‑surveying experience, preferably within the UAE.
