About the Role
The position is accountable for managing solution execution VIP projects (Cat. B/A), which are large, multi‑business, high‑value initiatives in a complex, multicultural, matrixed environment. The role leads execution teams, monitors progress and budget, and assesses risks and opportunities to meet customer satisfaction and project profitability. The mission is to drive execution of solution projects for dedicated VIP clients, targeting four main objectives: high customer and segment‑team satisfaction, project profitability above the As‑Sold CCO GM +2%, successful delivery that meets scope, specifications and schedule, and efficient project control with proper risk and opportunity management. Key tasks include collaborating with data‑center and utility segment teams, identifying upcoming projects, ensuring information sharing and basic "Account" training for new team members, and enforcing the use of predefined templates and best practices. The role also conducts lessons learned, stores and shares execution documents, sources expert resources as needed, engages with supply‑chain and commercial teams, follows CPP project directions, organizes pre‑REL reviews, monitors project reviews, supports corrective actions, provides senior‑level customer interface, communicates quality issues, and tracks milestone achievement. • Lead execution of VIP solution projects (Cat. B/A) across multiple businesses and countries. • Monitor and control project progress, budget, risks and opportunities to ensure profitability. • Collaborate with data‑center, utility, and regional teams to define project set‑up and share information. • Ensure project team adopts predefined templates, best practices and receives basic “Account” training. • Conduct lessons learned sessions and incorporate improvements into subsequent projects. • Store and share execution documents such as test scripts, SOOs, training materials and lessons learned. • Trigger expert resources (RAC TLs, digital, site works, quality) as needed during execution. • Coordinate supply‑chain set‑up with E&T and commercial teams for account projects. • Organize pre‑REL review meetings with finance controller to verify invoicing, sales and cost data. • Follow‑up project reviews, drive corrective action plans and maintain senior‑level customer interface. • Track and achieve all CPP project milestones on schedule and deliver booked margin or better.

What You Bring
Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, 5‑10 years of project‑management experience in datacenters or the utility industry, knowledge of functional management with multi‑job teams, and familiarity with EPC electrical distribution systems, medium/low voltage switchgear, transformers and power automation. Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project is also required. • Require Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5‑10 years project‑management experience in datacenter/utility. • Must know EPC electrical distribution systems, medium/low voltage switchgear, transformers and power automation. • Proficient with planning tools such as MS Project.
