About the Role
JLL uses artificial intelligence to accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills and experiences while protecting personal information in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Statement. • Oversee cleaning, plant care, pantry, reception, mailroom, catering, landscaping, and waste management. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all soft services. • Select, manage, and evaluate vendors; negotiate contracts and conduct performance reviews. • Implement quality assurance programs; conduct inspections and audits. • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; perform risk assessments and promote safety culture. • Prepare and manage annual soft‑services budgets; monitor expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Lead, motivate, and develop soft‑services coordinators and supervisors; conduct performance reviews. • Serve as primary client liaison for soft services; hold regular meetings and address concerns. • Drive continuous improvement through industry trends, innovative solutions, and change management. • Develop KPIs, generate performance reports, and use data analytics for decision‑making.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager specializing in Soft Services to join our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team as a Site Lead – Soft Services. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all soft services within assigned client facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment for clients and their employees. • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 7 years of facility management experience focusing on soft services. • Strong knowledge of soft‑services operations, best practices, and relevant regulations. • Proficiency with facility management software and Microsoft Office suite. • Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices (preferred).
