Job Highlights
About the Role
• Achieve annual sales target for LV sales. • Collaborate with OEMs, consultants and nodal agencies during pre‑tendering to generate specifications and preferences. • Promote LV switchgear products, emphasizing digital offerings and IEC61439 panel solutions. • Generate orders for the designated CP to meet its targets. • Plan daily activities, schedule opportunities, conduct win/loss analysis, push data to SAP, and use the knowledge portal. • Apply strong understanding of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage product ranges at customer sites. • Conduct sales promotion activities such as IPTs, product demos, presentations and seminars. • Maintain techno‑commercial awareness of competitor product ranges.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics and possess 3–7 years of relevant experience. The role values strong technical knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage switchgear, techno‑commercial insight, and effective communication in Hindi, English and preferably Punjabi. • Demonstrate strong fundamentals of switchgear products and their applications. • Possess comprehensive knowledge of customers within the territory. • Exhibit professionalism, perseverance, and effective time and relationship management. • Communicate and present proficiently in Hindi, English, with Punjabi preferred.
