What You Bring
Candidates should have a 4‑year related degree with at least one year of relevant experience or 3‑4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, and be at least 21 years old. Strong project management, new‑business development, customer retention, communication, negotiation, and computer skills are essential, with knowledge of ground protection or construction equipment and bilingual Spanish abilities being preferred. • Hold a 4‑year related degree with at least 1 year experience, or 3‑4 years of sales experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Be at least 21 years old. • Demonstrate strong project management, new‑business development, and customer retention abilities. • Exhibit effective communication and negotiation skills. • Maintain solid computer proficiency. • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment is preferred. • Bilingual in Spanish may be advantageous.
