About the Role
• Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals. • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. • Drive adoption of innovative and sustainable technologies in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other building systems. • Ensure all designs and installations comply with regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. • Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions. • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles. • Prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing through the ‘Making Health and Safety Personal’ initiative and Zero Harm Vision. • Promote an inclusive workplace with unbiased hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.
