About the Role
Job Summary: Works as part of the Talent Acquisition team, primarily sourcing candidates, developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and managing expectations. Responsible for identifying, interview screening and selecting the most appropriate candidates for short‑listing, both internally and externally, as well as ongoing candidate pipelining. • Source top talent from competitors or relevant companies. • Identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and behaviours. • Utilize social media, CV searches, and internal/external databases for sourcing. • Generate referrals by promoting internal opportunities and highlighting talent. • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to applicants. • Support prospects and bidding activity by pipelining unsecured roles. • Assist Recruitment Managers throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain a candidate records database, maximizing ATS usage. • Ensure compliance with candidate and hiring approval requirements. • Create adverts ready for posting to external markets.
