About the Role
The representative will manage pricing, verify catalog numbers and quantities, and process customer orders. They will engage prospective buyers by answering product and service questions, suggest additional items, and conduct sales both at the counter and by phone. Providing guidance on product application, features, maintenance, and selling related services or programs are also key duties, as is resolving complaints through troubleshooting and follow‑up. • Process and verify pricing, catalog numbers, quantities, and full customer orders. • Answer product and service inquiries, recommend additional items, and drive incremental sales. • Conduct sales interactions at the counter and via phone, providing product application and maintenance guidance. • Sell services, programs, and related products to customers. • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, communicate solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
