Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and managing payment reminders and collection calls. Physical requirements involve transporting items up to 35 lb, walking and standing in outdoor environments for up to 50% of the shift, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Make reminder and collection calls to keep customers current on payments. • Transport items weighing up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.
