About the Role

Daily responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other interior surfaces, operating commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs, and cleaning and dusting furniture, display cases, pictures, doors, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces. The role also involves washing interior windowsills, glass, doors, and specified windows, spot‑cleaning walls, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, restocking supplies, and monitoring for defects such as clogged urinals or lighting issues. Additional tasks include collecting building trash, replacing liners, and sweeping or shoveling snow from entrances and walkways as directed.
