About the Role

The incumbent will manage specialist Service Agreement sellers to meet portfolio growth targets, covering new equipment conversion to contracts and recapturing contracts from competitors. They will create robust standard work for converting new equipment sales into maintenance contracts and for renewing existing service agreements. Detailed customer profiling will support accurate contact plans, while growth strategies and tactics will enhance engagement and maximise market share. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be essential to realise process efficiencies throughout the selling cycle, and the leader will recruit as needed to ensure adequate coverage across revenue streams. A regular, rigorous sales cadence will be established to track activities and achieve sales plans, and timely feedback will be provided for performance management of the sales team. • Lead growth of customer base to meet 2026 targets across multiple service aftermarket streams. • Manage specialist Service Agreement sellers to achieve portfolio growth, including new equipment conversion and contract recapture. • Develop and enforce standard work for converting sales to maintenance contracts and for renewal processes. • Conduct detailed customer profiling to create accurate contact plans. • Deploy growth strategies to boost customer engagement and maximise market share. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve selling process efficiencies. • Recruit and ensure adequate sales coverage across revenue streams. • Establish rigorous sales cadence and measure activities against plans. • Provide performance feedback and manage sales team performance.

What You Bring

Candidates must have experience managing teams in a service‑driven industry, a strong sales‑oriented background, and a track record of delivering targeted growth initiatives. Knowledge of HVAC is desirable but not essential; experience in process transformation, standard‑work development, change implementation, and marketing campaign management is advantageous. Strong presentation, senior‑level client meeting, communication skills, a UK driving licence, and at least five years of CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) are required. • Require experience managing teams in a service‑driven environment and a strong sales background. • Prefer HVAC knowledge and experience in process transformation, marketing campaigns, and senior client presentations. • Must hold a UK driving licence and be IT literate with ≥5 years CRM usage (Salesforce or similar).
