About the Role
• Drive B2C and B2B customer acquisition across paid search, programmatic display, social, and retargeting. • Manage acquisition budgets and forecasting for all channels. • Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing subject matter experts. • Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Creative teams on campaign strategy and assets. • Identify new acquisition opportunities through channel partners and media agencies. • Lead strategy and day‑to‑day operations for DMPs, DSPs, ad networks, and retargeting. • Achieve traffic, lead‑generation, and performance targets via segmentation and creative optimization. • Improve spend efficiency by reducing cost per visit and cost per lead. • Prospect new publisher and media buying opportunities. • Collaborate with Product, SEO, Analytics, Finance, IT, Sales, and executive teams to meet cross‑functional goals. • Managed an online media budget of at least $75 million per year. • Apply insights to media strategies to drive performance. • Communicate complex programs and strategies clearly to partners.

What You Bring
The Senior Director, Digital Marketing will lead B2C and B2B customer acquisition initiatives across paid search, programmatic display, paid social, and retargeting. The role requires a metrics‑driven professional with strong creative, analytical, and ROI‑focused skills, capable of making data‑informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment. This full‑time position is based in Atlanta, GA. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 15+ years of online marketing experience, including 5+ years of performance‑based media buying at scale. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams or departments. • Expertise in programmatic buying, paid social, DSPs, and DMPs. • Experience with online marketplaces and managing external vendor partners. • Ability to mentor and develop team members. • Experience with both B2C and B2B business models.
