About the Role
• Develop market insights and trends using JLL proprietary and subscription data. • Create and update presentation materials on macroeconomic trends, transaction activity, and market fundamentals. • Maintain quarterly database of transactional activity in a timely manner. • Assist in producing thought‑leadership content and sector insights on emerging sectors.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with large datasets. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment. • High attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills. • Knowledge of Asia Pacific real‑estate market trends is beneficial but not required.
