About the Role
The Project Engineer will provide critical technical and administrative support for high‑speed rail, utility corridors, and structural foundations, acting as the key link between design teams and site construction to ensure safe, on‑time delivery to the highest engineering standards. • Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project design codes. • Support the Senior Project Manager by monitoring on‑site progress, detecting potential delays, and aligning construction with Digital Twin models. • Track project schedules, prepare weekly progress reports, and manage Request for Information (RFI) logs. • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and international consultants to resolve technical issues. • Ensure all civil works meet Parsons’ Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

What You Bring
Applicants are expected to hold a civil engineering degree, possess relevant experience in civil or construction management, and have basic proficiency with industry software. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work within a multicultural global team are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. • Possess at least three years of civil engineering or construction management experience. • Demonstrate basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera (P6). • Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, within a multicultural team. • Preferable experience on large‑scale (Giga) projects in Saudi Arabia. • Familiarity with BIM workflows and Navisworks. • Completion of a professional development program such as SDAIA or Misk leadership tracks.
