About the Role
The Inside Sales Coordinator is charged with processing customer orders quickly and accurately, entering them into the company’s system, and ensuring a positive customer experience across the full range of Forte Frame & Door Solutions products. The role involves handling inbound calls, analyzing order details, maintaining high data‑entry accuracy, and following up to resolve any issues. The coordinator also communicates professionally, seeks continuous process improvements, adheres to safety and environmental standards, and supports a collaborative team environment. • Answer incoming customer calls professionally while meeting performance metrics. • Analyze customer orders to ensure all required information is collected. • Enter orders into the computer system with high accuracy. • Follow up to resolve customer issues quickly and thoroughly. • Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience. • Comply with company safety and environmental regulations. • Perform additional duties assigned by the Inside Sales Team Lead. • Maintain a collaborative work environment that supports teamwork.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (post‑secondary education preferred) and 2–3 years of inside‑sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or building‑materials. Required skills include strong decision‑making, analytical ability, excellent communication, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and the flexibility to work extended hours when needed. • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. • Hold a high school diploma (post‑secondary education preferred). • 2–3 years of inside sales experience, including order entry; manufacturing or building‑materials experience preferred. • Knowledge of building‑materials or door products and measurement systems (fractional, decimal, metric) is an asset. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced team environment. • Strong decision‑making, analytical, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent telephone and written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records. • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers. • Effective conflict‑resolution skills. • Availability for extended hours and flexibility with schedule changes.
