About the Role
Associate Photographers in Jackson, Mississippi capture media for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital cameras, and iPads to create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager to schedule and complete appointments. The role blends technical skill with customer interaction to showcase residential properties effectively. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3 equipment. • Produce high‑quality residential photography to enhance marketing listings. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks. • Conduct one‑mile grid surveys to identify and document commercial real‑estate inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection. • Represent CoStar professionally in all client and field interactions. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires up to eight hours of sitting, standing, and walking each day, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds. Photographers must be comfortable working outdoors year‑round, perform occasional bending, squatting, and twisting, and be available to work rotating weekends. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are also mandatory. • Minimum two years of professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Hold a current FAA Part 107 drone license or obtain one within 30 days of hire. • Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy. • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, with field experience preferred.

Compensation is an hourly wage equivalent to $49,000‑$50,000 annually, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses tied to predefined metrics.
