• Lead development, implementation and day‑to‑day delivery of the inspection program. • Resolve program delivery issues through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure accurate data, structured reporting and governance compliance. • Maintain clear records of inspection targets, progress and corrective actions. • Build strong customer and agency relationships via proactive communication and timely support. • Drive continuous improvement, aligning with SHEQ, risk and governance standards while modelling Ventia’s values. • Provide leadership capability and confidence in managing program‑level deliverables.

What You Bring

Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia and is seeking an experienced, detail‑driven, customer‑focused Inspections Program Manager. The role will lead planning, governance and quality assurance of inspections across a diverse statewide asset portfolio. It is a permanent full‑time position based in Adelaide, central to delivering effective inspection programs, safety, compliance and operational excellence while keeping the client at the heart of everything. • Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in project management, business planning or inspection/maintenance programs. • Demonstrate strong reporting capability, confident using Power BI, spreadsheets and similar tools. • Exhibit proven planning, scheduling and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer‑service focus. • Show excellent communication, analytical ability and attention to detail.
