About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. They assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies, while performing daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. Additional duties include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and keeping customers current on payments through reminder and collection calls. Managers also handle cleaning, routine maintenance, and maintain exterior curb appeal. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, assess customer needs, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and unit readiness. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collections. • Perform cleaning, routine maintenance, and maintain exterior curb appeal. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time walking around facilities, including outdoor work and stairs.
