About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India, from requisition through interview and offer. You will support and guide hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage a hiring experience that prioritises user experience while securing the best talent. Partnering with in‑country and global leaders, you will use workforce‑planning data and insights to drive results, ensuring accurate real‑time reporting in Workday. Additionally, you will develop talent pipelines, produce monthly management packs and weekly recruitment updates, support operational projects, and ensure compliance with local data protection, employment law, and equal‑opportunity monitoring. • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India. • Guide hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Partner with global leaders on workforce planning using data‑driven insights. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and generate regular reporting. • Build talent pipelines and produce monthly management packs and weekly updates. • Support operational recruitment projects and ensure compliance with local laws and equal‑opportunity policies. • Create innovative branding and robust hiring strategies.

What You Bring

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills are required to sell ERM’s story, build strong relationships with senior leadership, and create robust hiring strategies. A creative, solution‑driven mindset, strong organisational agility, and an affinity for data‑driven decision‑making are essential, as is the ability to present insights to senior leadership. Prior experience in technical, consulting, or scientific roles—especially within environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy, or management‑consulting sectors—is beneficial. This background helps you understand the specialised talent needs of ERM’s sustainability consultancy and strengthens your ability to source and engage high‑quality candidates. • Demonstrate passion for talent acquisition and continuous improvement of hiring processes. • Experience in both search and internal hiring within a matrix organisation. • Knowledge of the sustainability market and ability to sell ERM’s vision to talent. • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership with senior leadership. • Solution‑oriented mindset, removing barriers to delivery. • Excellent organisational agility and data‑driven decision making. • Ability to present insights and stories to senior leadership. • Relevant experience in technical, consulting, or scientific roles (e.g., environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy, management consulting) is a plus.
