Job Highlights
About the Role
• Prepare timely and comprehensive offers/quotations. • Determine the most technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions. • Improve customer satisfaction and standardize offers & quotations. • Develop competence and share knowledge across the sales support team. • Collaborate with Product Group Territory Marketing & Service local Sales Managers for global market solutions. • Analyze customer needs using market information and service inputs. • Prepare complete technical and commercial quotations considering different strategies. • Conduct risk review to ensure offers include risk mitigation plans. • Support local TMSMs or ASMs during offer clarification processes. • Coordinate with design, project management, SCM and other functions during tendering. • Analyze lost proposals to improve future offerings. • Ensure technical expertise and accuracy of deliverables. • Prepare documentation for order hand‑over with project management and engineering after contract award. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
