About the Role
The IT ERP Product Analyst III will design and deliver solutions for Regal’s supply chain business, focusing on Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing, and PO, as well as Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization within Oracle VCP. The role demands on‑time, first‑time‑right delivery of complex projects and Kaizen events, incident resolution within SLAs, and continuous performance monitoring and coaching of team members. Key duties include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical enhancements (RICEW/CEMLI) for supply chain, manufacturing, and planning areas, and producing system specifications, detailed designs, test plans, and deployment notes using Oracle AIM. The analyst will support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore developers to meet schedule and budget constraints. Responsibilities also cover report, interface, conversion, and workflow development, production incident resolution, routine maintenance, performance tuning, and automation of integrations with internal and external systems. Additional tasks involve planning Oracle EBS/VCP upgrades, managing service requests with My Oracle Support, and promoting best‑practice standards and systematic design techniques such as use‑case and data‑flow modeling. • Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle EBS/VCP enhancements (RICEW/CEMLI) for supply chain, manufacturing, and planning functions. • Create system specifications, detailed designs, test plans, and deployment notes following Oracle AIM methodology. • Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing within defined SLAs. • Coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore technical teams to deliver solutions on‑time and within budget. • Ensure compliance with release, change, and configuration management processes. • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows. • Resolve production incidents, perform routine maintenance, and monitor system performance for business continuity. • Automate integrations between Oracle EBS/VCP and external/internal systems. • Plan and execute Oracle EBS/VCP upgrades (Family Packs) and manage service requests with My Oracle Support. • Promote and enforce best‑practice standards for software design, development, and unit testing across the team. • Utilize systematic modeling techniques such as use‑case scenarios, activity diagrams, and data‑flow diagrams for effective system design.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and possess at least ten years of experience building and supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain/VCP R12 solutions in a global environment, including two full‑lifecycle implementations or three years of ongoing support, monitoring, and upgrades. Preferred credentials include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS certification, and professional Oracle or supply chain certifications. Technical expertise required encompasses Oracle E‑Business Suite APIs, RICEW/CEMLI objects, Forms, XML Publisher, OA Framework, advanced SQL/PLSQL, bulk processing, ETL, and proficiency with tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, data‑modeling, and version control. Desired skills also include UNIX shell scripting and familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology. The position requires up to 25% travel, primarily for project milestones, Kaizen events, and related activities. • 10+ years experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain/VCP R12 in global environments. • Minimum two full‑lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of ongoing support, monitoring, and upgrades. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification preferred. • Expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite APIs, Forms, XML Publisher, OA Framework, advanced SQL/PLSQL, bulk processing, and ETL. • Proficiency with development tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer), data‑modeling, version control, and Oracle AIM methodology. • Desirable UNIX shell scripting experience and knowledge of Oracle scheduler and advanced queues. • Ability to analyze and resolve supply‑demand exceptions in accordance with SLAs. • Travel up to 25% of time, mainly for project milestones and Kaizen events.
