About the Role

• Ensure client contractual billing and accounts receivable requirements are met. • Audit client billing and project ledger for compliance with contracts, GAAP, and company policy. • Process vendor invoices and maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable for assigned projects. • Process subcontractor invoices, verify lien waivers, and confirm contracts and insurance are in place. • Assist with monthly close, posting or accruing client bills and project costs. • Provide monthly updates on project assets and rentals for insurance documentation. • Support project financial closeout and verify final contract amounts and documentation. • Respond to internal and external audit requests. • Maintain high organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and self‑checking of work. • Follow established procedures and execute directions without needing follow‑up.

What You Bring

The position requires physical abilities such as climbing stairs and ladders, using construction hoists, and handling heavy items. Employees must have adequate vision and be able to work in construction environments with noise, moving machinery, fumes, weather exposure, and potential electrical hazards. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. • Possess general knowledge of basic accounting principles. • Demonstrate problem‑research, resolution, escalation, quick learning, and deadline adherence. • Work independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively within a team. • Exhibit strong work ethic, integrity, dependability, adaptability, cooperation, and motivation. • Communicate professionally in writing and verbally; possess general office skills. • Have data‑entry proficiency and be skilled with databases and MS Office applications.
