About the Role
As a Welcome Center Representative, you will assist in checking in Mini‑Vac clients and support manifesting OPC tours. You will provide information for hotel reservations, book tours, create reservations in Concierge, update client accounts, confirm hotel rooms, handle customer issues, and drive retail and hotel sales. • Book, modify, and service reservations while communicating effectively. • Confirm and qualify each incoming guest for their presentation. • Report tour reconciliations to appropriate departments throughout the day. • Answer reservation questions from owners and non‑owners. • Address special needs of owners and non‑owners. • Greet non‑owners/guests arriving for their vacation. • Review qualifications with guests during booking and check‑in. • Provide guests with local information, maps, and area details. • Sell Busch Gardens/Scuppers tickets and other vacation‑enhancing tickets. • Report daily arrivals, no‑shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and room/in‑house booking activity. • Maintain an open‑availability schedule from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm, including holidays and weekends.
