About the Role
• Execute assigned projects end‑to‑end, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications or IT processes. • Build and demonstrate IT and business knowledge by actively engaging with stakeholders throughout rotations. • Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continuous training and development opportunities. • Participate in engagement sessions, training sessions, and IT meetings. • Work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively showcase software capabilities. • Solve problems using established procedures and guidelines.

What You Bring

This entry‑level role is a rotational program where employees rotate across three IT groups in 8‑month assignments over two years. Successful completion leads to placement in an E02 IT role. All three rotations must be completed before advancing.
