Minimum qualifications require a commitment to complete the two‑year apprenticeship, logical problem‑solving abilities, and an interest in engineering and technology. Candidates must be flexible to work nights, weekends, or holidays, uphold Republic Services’ safety, ethics, and respect standards, and be willing to travel to Dallas for training and relocate nationwide after program completion.
