About the Role
The employee will perform assembly and/or testing on aerospace industry products, following work orders, engineering drawings, and visual or written work instructions to safely and accurately assemble components. Assembly tasks involve using automated and manual equipment as well as hand tools to crimp, stake, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press‑fit, or perform similar operations to join parts. Intermediate operations such as potting, epoxy bonding, curing, and painting are also performed, and the worker assists in resolving production failures or product issues. Continuous improvement is encouraged; the employee identifies opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency, communicating them by posting interrupters on the Tier 1 board. What You Bring
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (or technical school/apprenticeship), experience with electronic testing equipment, and blueprint reading ability. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the location, be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED (or technical school/apprenticeship). • Experience with electronic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, dielectric machines). • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Reside within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation assistance). • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Qualified as a U.S. person per ITAR definitions.
