About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for keeping the building’s mechanical and structural systems running smoothly, addressing issues quickly, and supporting a comfortable living environment for tenants. • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, structural, and safety issues. • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. • Coordinate major repairs and projects with external contractors and vendors. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. • Assist in training and supervising junior maintenance staff when needed. • Read technical manuals and diagrams to execute necessary repairs.

What You Bring
