About the Role
• Serve as the primary customer contact at the Rosenberg branch • Assist customers in selecting the right construction equipment for rental • Support outside sales reps in processing and completing rental orders • Dispatch haul trucks for equipment delivery and pick‑up • Ensure accurate order fulfillment using internal rental software • Provide excellent service and timely communication to customers

What You Bring
• College degree in business, management, technical or related field (or equivalent experience) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) • Knowledge of CAT equipment (preferred) • Understanding of equipment rental applications in industrial and commercial settings (preferred)
