About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program, handling a spectrum of tasks from routine repairs to emergency interventions, and assists with unit turnover under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Assist with unit make‑ready processes and turnover events. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and keep accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards. • Manage a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and OSHA‑compliant. • Support the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices. • Document service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and maintenance activities accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure consistent resident interactions. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisors. • Lift and move objects weighing 100 lb or more, work at heights, and operate tools and vehicles. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call requirements.

What You Bring
