About the Role

• Work as a Software Engineer Intern on a self‑organized agile team building, owning, and running the platform for Enterprise Single Sign‑On. • Develop, build, maintain, and own the cloud service. • Assist in service operations including monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and product owners. • Provide end‑to‑end service ownership, debugging complex technical issues across multiple systems.

What You Bring

Autodesk Identity Access and Management is seeking a motivated individual to develop efficient, scalable solutions for technical and product challenges. The team builds Autodesk’s Identity Access Management Platform, a key business enabler serving millions of customers across 150+ desktop, mobile, web, and cloud applications, as well as a growing third‑party developer ecosystem for authentication and authorization. In this role you will learn and work on a cloud service, building and operating a secure, stable, and testable platform guided by experienced engineers. You will be exposed to state‑of‑the‑art tools and modern practices for constructing distributed systems. The internship is open to full‑time bachelor’s students in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, ideally in their penultimate or final year and graduating in 2026‑27. Candidates should have a solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and be familiar with web services such as REST. • Enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; penultimate or final year, graduating 2026‑27. • Strong understanding of OOP and proficiency in languages such as Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python. • Familiarity with web services, including REST. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Solid analytical and critical‑thinking abilities. • Knowledge of software testing best practices, automated builds, and test cases. • Understanding of system/software performance metrics for web applications. • Experience with cloud‑native application development and AWS.
