About the Role

• Produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. • Develop familiarity with Kimley‑Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

The candidate will research boundary documents, utilize field data, prepare legal descriptions, coordinate schedules, and adhere to company standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred) and at least eight years of relevant experience, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software.
