About the Role
• Produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. • Develop familiarity with Kimley‑Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

The role involves using AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits. The candidate will research boundary documents, utilize field data, prepare legal descriptions, coordinate schedules, and adhere to company standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred) and at least eight years of relevant experience, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software.
