About the Role

The role supports the delivery of an effective quality management system, ensuring statutory, legal and contractual compliance. It provides strong leadership to the quality assurance team and partners with stakeholders to strengthen compliance, manage risk and enable continuous improvement across the business. • Deliver business plan activities on time and within budget. • Advise senior leaders on quality assurance matters. • Direct and manage the quality assurance team. • Oversee external certifications, audits and internal audit programmes. • Drive investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. • Lead management system development and reporting. • Support quality communications, training and stakeholder collaboration. • Monitor supply chain performance and contribute to net‑zero outcomes. • Develop and implement quality tools, techniques and standards.
