About the Role
The successful candidate will manage and support engineering teams that design water and wastewater treatment solutions for municipal clients in West Texas and, when needed, across the south‑central and southeastern United States. Collaborating with teams in West Texas, North Texas, and the firm’s southeastern Treatment Practice, the leader will ensure the production of quality technical work, staff development, and the growth of client relationships. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and regulatory agencies. • Oversee analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater treatment projects. • Manage project teams, coordinate workloads, and support sales efforts. • Lead complex, multi‑discipline treatment plant projects, including those with fees over $1 M. • Apply technical expertise in process design, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical design, process studies, and construction contract administration.

The role offers the chance to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to communities while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. The firm prides itself on outstanding client service and high‑quality deliverables. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 4+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience, preferably municipal. • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and sales skills. • Obtain a Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or be able to obtain it within 6 months; Master’s degree preferred.
