About the Role
The part‑time, temporary role supports the Corporate Procurement team at Vicinity’s Boston headquarters, reporting to the Sourcing Manager. The position involves daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders and is compensated at $18‑20 per hour. • Create dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures. • Review new vendors and determine eligibility per company policy. • Track and approve invoices. • Interface with vendors on day‑to‑day changes. • Lead a defined project for the internship term. • Assist in maintenance of category management. • Track changes in spend. • Promote adoption of new policies. • Perform daily review of electronic transactions for compliance.

What You Bring
