About the Role
The Offer Manager – HMI serves as a commercial business leader for Schneider Electric’s HMI and iPC Edge Control product portfolio, overseeing the full lifecycle of hardware and software solutions in the U.S. market. The role collaborates closely with global business leaders, OEMs, strategic accounts, end users, and distributors to drive sales growth through opportunity reviews, product launches, technology positioning, and execution of commercial programs. From roadmap definition and feature prioritization to external communication, the manager shapes the future growth trajectory of the offers. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers build and extend digital automation, possesses a strong understanding of IIoT, and stays attuned to emerging market trends. They will act as an offer leader, aligning product strategy with market needs and guiding the organization toward sustainable growth. • Define product strategy and tactics using the 4 P’s of marketing to successfully position offerings. • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market expectations. • Establish go‑to‑market placement to support product launch execution. • Provide promotional support for sales and marketing communications. • Design and manage marketing content and sales enablement materials for sales teams, customers, and channel partners. • Lead product launches and oversee the full product life‑cycle. • Analyze product profitability and sales performance to ensure alignment with business strategy. • Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and differentiation. • Forecast product demand and coordinate inventory levels with sales and operations. • Ensure product availability and maintain quality standards.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred; Business degree considered an asset. • Minimum 5 years experience in engineering, marketing, or sales within the industrial automation sector. • Domain knowledge of general motion, robotics, PLCs, and HMI applications preferred. • Proficiency in networks, generative AI, edge AI, IIoT protocols, cybersecurity, and software highly desirable. • Experience launching products, capturing voice of the customer, and using modern marketing tools (social platforms, CRM, marketing automation, campaign development).
